Portal access for customers and sub-contractors is included in your Builders Excellence subscription. You will need to purchase Zoho User licences for all your employees.

We have requested that Zoho updates their pricing page to provide more information to users on the Ultimate package pricing and benefits. Currently the ultimate package is an optional add on provided by Zoho. It is required for a Builders Excellence installation, as the Ultimate Package provides advanced functionality to support the features and processes.
